AFFORDABLE HOUSING | CAMPAIGN FOR THE FUTURE
Building strong families and enhancing the quality of life for seniors and families
Campaign for the Future
Every effort has been made to ensure the preservation of the St. Vincent’s property as affordable housing for the next three generations. St. Vincent’s has dedicated this 19-acre property to use as very affordable housing for the next 80 years.
The St. Vincent’s Affordable Housing Campaign seeks to build strong families and enhance the quality of life for seniors, thus furthering the mission of St. Vincent’s. There will be intergenerational activities, access to social service providers and referrals, and a community center for after-school educational and recreational opportunities. The project includes community rooms, playgrounds, sports fields, and computer labs. Residents will have limited access to the existing swimming pool and childcare center.
St. Vincent’s launched a Capital Campaign in Fall 2004 to raise $7,000,000. As we begin to welcome many families onto our property, we are experiencing firsthand the joy of independence, the joy of having a place to call home. Won’t you open your hearts and help us with a gift to the Capital Campaign for this crucially needed housing?
To Support St. Vincent’s Capital Campaign or to schedule a private tour of the facility, please call the Director of Development at (805) 683-6381 ext. 107. Naming opportunities are available.
